Change! The willingness to change in time-critical and challenging situations is a key-element for success, which companies need to have in order to operate profitably on the market. For many years now, the global business advisory firm AlixPartners has addressed those entrepreneurial challenges not only for themselves but also on behalf of their clients. In the summer of 2013, the advisory firm hosted, for the first time, an exclusive event under the motto “Change”, which was at the same time the 10th anniversary of AlixPartners in Germany. Kasper Rorsted, CEO of Henkel AG, has been won as keynote speaker. In his exciting speech, he explained the necessity and challenge of changes for an internationally operating enterprise. Besides the thematically referring speech, the motto “Change” ran like a red thread through the entire evening. Animated wall projections and inspiring give-aways served as impulses for stimulating discussions.
The IWK-team planned and conceptualized this exclusive evening for around 200 guests and coordinated its organization from the beginning: Starting with picking out the location and the keynote-speaker, followed by choosing the entertainment program, right up to executing the invitation process, and looking for the guests on-site. This professional method of operating helped to make this event a relaxed and interesting opportunity to network, apart from the everyday business life.
