It actually started with a collision… but that’s really another story. But on the other hand, this story is quite revealing. Ideas do not (always) have to occur between 9 and 5, but are often on the spur of the moment. Unplanned, spontaneous, in traffic. But not necessarily involving a collision.
Ira Wülfing has been living in Munich since 1980, out of conviction. She is the creative mind in the agency. What is important to her: 360 degree thinking, out-of-the-box ideas and a strategic plan. “We put emphasis on joint success with our customers and not merely on working through a project – the concept must be success-oriented and thoroughly thought through”, comments the Managing Director of IWK. To this goal she relies on an excellent network of media contacts, her fine grasp of the customers’ needs and a feeling for themes that will interest the public tomorrow and the day after.
What also helps? “Laughing a lot”, says Wülfing, “because, if it’s fun, it’ll be good”.
